[beutee's telegbams.] LONDON, November 29. Parliamentary. Parliament is summoned to meet for the despatch of business gq January 6 th. Irish Affairs. Earl Granville, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, made a speech at Hanley, in which he stated it was impossible that the present condition of Ireland could long continue, and that the Government intended to introduce measures dealing with the present disorders, and providing for the future happiness of Irishmen generally. The State of IrelandIn consequence of the continued unsettled state of Ireland and the necessity for reinforements of troops in the disturbed districts,, tho Government has ordered the despatch of a regiraent of Horse Guards from London to Ireland without delay. Ritualism. The Rov. Mr Euraght, of Bordesley in Staffordshire, who had been inhibited for Ritualistic practices, has been imprisoned for contempt of an order of the Eccle&iastieal Court.
