The schooner Kenilworth, from Auckland, with 791 packages doors and sashes and 6000 ft of timber, has arrived. She left on October 14th. The brigantine Ada C. Owen left Auckland on October 14th, to load at Manukau for here with timber. The Prince Alfred, which left Kaipara yesteriay for here, has as part of her cargo a rather celebrated small yacht, named The Foam, consigned to Captain Grundy, of the schooner Torea, now in port. The Foam was built in 1673, at Dargaville, by J. Way mouth. The same year she won the first prize of -£l2, at the place she was built, in the local races, and again .£2l, with eight boats entered in the first race and five in the second. She was entered at the Auckland Begatta, and took off a prize of -£ls, with twelve- competitors, and has since won two prizes of £lO and £7 10s respectively in the Northern Wairoa Begatta. SHIPPING TELEGBAM3. Wellington, October 20. Sailod— Taiaroa, with the Southern portion of the San Francisco mail, at 11.30. Passengers— Miss Ardens, Mesdames Smith and child, Murphy, Percival, and Holmes, Captains Logan and Cameron, Messrs Monkman, Monzan, Willis, Dallaston, Watt, Murphy, Andrews, and Broomwell. Sailed—Southern Cross, for Levuka; Te Anan, for Sydney; Annie Bow, brig, for Newcastle ; Ovalu, schooner, for Baratonga. The Tararua left Sydney at midnight on the 13th, and arrived at Russell this morning. Passengers—For Lyttelton: Mr and Mrs Verrille and family, Mr E. W. S/llon, Miss Whitcombe. For Dunedin: Mrs Chapman, 9 steerage, and 4 Chinese for all ports. Pobt Chalmers, October 19. Arrived —Botomahana, from Melbourne, via Hobart Town; Good Templar, ketch, from Invercargill.
