The Afghan WarIntelligence has been received hero to-day that Khelat Ghilzai has been evacuated, and that tho British troops, which formed the garrison there, have joined the relieving force under General Roberts, who has continued his march towards Candahar. News has also been received that the Pathan tribes, who recently attached the British garrison at Kachmadan, near the Bolan Pass, but were repulsed and severely punished, have now been disarmed by the force which was sent against them.
