The Board of Trade returns of imports for the past month amount to £33,375,000, •howing an increase of £3,000,000 compared with last year. The exports for the same period amount to £20,250,000,
showing an increase of £3,500,000 compared with the same period. Mr GladstoneThe Right Hon. Mr Gladstone has gone to Windsor as the guest of the Dean. Assassination at Kilkenny. Several masked men shot Mr BoydCrown Solicitor, and his two sons yesterday, at Kilkenny. The former is dying, one of the sons is in a precarious state, and the other is slightly wounded. August 10. Mr Boyd’s son died from the effects of the wounds received in the attack made by masked men at Kilkenny. Several arrests have taken place in the neighbourhood in consequence of the murders.
