SITTINGS IN BANCO. Wednesday, July 28. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Johnston.) The sittings in banco were returned at 11 a.m. CBEDITOBS' TBIJBTEE OP MABKEY ANDEBSON V MABKEY ANDEBSON AND OTHBBS. In this case the matter was referred to the Begistrar to settle. be j. habbop (appellant) v p. cahlyonj (bespondbht). This case, which was an appeal from the Resident Magistrate's Court, Temuka, stood over. lough (appellant) v bbucb (bbspondent). This case was also postponed till next banco day. YOUNG V HILL AND OTHBBS. In this case Mr Joynt applied for an injunction. After some argument between counsel it was agreed that Mr Joynt should, on behalf of the defendant in Hill and others v Young, consent to judgment, and that Mr Harper, for defendants in Young v Hill and others, should consent to the motion for injunction till the trial of the equity suit between the parties in October. COLL V QTJINN. Mr G. Harper moved, pursuant to leave reserved {at the trial, to enter up judgment herein for trespass for £125 and costs. His Honor made the order as prayed. This exhausted the banco list, and the Court then rose.
