PoliticalIn the Legislative Assembly, after the delivery of the Governor’s speech, a vote of want of confidence in the present Ministry was taken without discussion, the result being 35 for and 48 against Ministers. MELBOURNE, July 28. Ministerial Salaries. Mr Levien, member for Barwon, has given notice in the Legislative Assembly for the introduction of a Bill for reducing the salaries of Ministers by onethird.
