The Government steamer Hinemoa, Captain Fairchild, arrived yesterday at 3 p m., from Taranaki, bringing twenty-six Maori prisoners. It was uncertain whether she would return to Wellington last night or remain until to-day. The Maud Graham, Captain Jorgenson, arrived on Monday evening, from Picton, delayed passage of nine days. Had to shelter in Port Underwood for two days during heavy Southerly weather. . No difficulty was experienced by the Union Steamship Company yesterday in supplying their two steamers with a sufficient number of lumpers at the reduced rate of wages to give those vessels dispatch.
