MELBOURNE, July 17. The ElectionsThe final returns of the elections show Ministerialists 35, and Opposition 44. The balance, seven members, including Sir John O’Shanassy and Mr Gaunson, are looked on as doubtful. The Siam Afloat. The P. and O. Company’s steamship Siam, which went aground at King George’s Sound, was floated and proceeded on her voyage on Thursday.
