KAIAPOI FARMERS’ CLUB.
The monthly meeting of members was held in the Club Chamber on Thursday evening, July Bth. Present—Messrs Pashby (chairman), Stevenson, Kidd Milligan, B. Wilson, Young, Dudley, and Coup, hon. sec. Mr J. A. Williams, who attended, read an interesting paper on Cattle Breeding, with an addendum on judging at shows. The paper contained a number of useful suggestions and information on tbs subject, evidently obtained only after close study in the art of cattle breeding. At its close Mr Stevenson moved, Mr E. Wilson seconded, a vote of thanks to Mr Williams, which was unanimously agreed to. Mr Williams thanked the meeting for their vote and the proceedings terminated.
