[eetttee's telegeams.] LONDON, June 24. The Money Market. The total reserve in notes and bullion at the Bank of England is £18,000,000. The 5 per cent. New Zealand 1889 loan is at 103 f. The Australian Eleven. The Australians commenced a match to-day against a strong team, consisting of eighteen of Northampton. The latter went in first, and had scored 65 with the loss of nine wickets when, owing to the inclemency of the weather, play was stopped for the day. June 25. The Burials Bill. In the House of Lords, the Burials Bill has been passed through all its stages, and transmitted to the House of Commons. Mr Bradlaugh Released. In the House of Commons this afternoon, Sir Stafford Northcote moved that Mr Bradlaugh he released from the custody of the Sergeant-at-Arms. The motion, after a debate, was agreed to, and Mr Bradlaugh has been accordingly WASHINGTON, June 24. The Presidential Flection. In consequence of the retirement of Tilden, the Democratic Convention have chosen Hancock as their candidate in the Presidential election.
