SUPREME COURT.

His Honor, Mr Justice Johnston eat in banco yesterday Judgment was given in Aehton v Grub and Fuller v the Queen. In the former case an order for decree was made, awarding plaintiff one-third of the income and one-fourth of the personalty. In the other the demurrer was dismissed with coßts. In re Leonard Mr G. Harper showed cause to a rule nisi, calling upon H. Fuhrmann to say why two bills of sale held by him over the debtor's property should not be declared void, and a certain sum paid to the trustee, aa the value of the goods seized under the same. Mr Harper raised the point of jurisdiction of the Court, contending that the proper method of procedure was by an action for specific performance. Mr Joynt was heard contra on the sabject of jurisdiction. His Honor ruled the objection taken by Mr Harper to be a good one, and dismissed the rule nisi with costs. The well-worn cause, Cleave v King, came before the Court once more on an argument on demurrer.
