Have the young Princes had enough of the sea alreaiy, asks the " Kuropean Mail," or have they been called home by their Eoyal parents ? It was understood when thß Bacchante left these shores last autumn that they were to make avojage round the world. They have visited tha West ladies, and evidently do not intend to see Australia and the Cape, as the vessel is expeotad at Spithead at the end of the present month. A new Atlantic yacht race ha 3 been arranged, but this time the vessels are to be steamers, and the winner will receive .£9OOO. Four steam yachts ara being built at Chester and Newburgh, in the United State 3, which, when completed, will raca from New York to Southampton.
