Taylor, schooner, 54 tons, Smith, for Hokitika. Caff and Graham, agents. The steamship Norfolk was berthed at No. 4 jetty on Tuesday night. The harbor master brought her in, and turned her head to sea inside the basin without the slightest difficulty, and, much to the admiration of a rather numerous audience of spectators on tHe wharf. Testerday the big steamer attracted a considerable number of visitors, who stayed to admire her grand proportions. The passengers by her for this port were landed with their luggage, and those for Dunedin will proceed to-day by the s.s. Wanaka, arrangements having been made with the Union Steamship Company for their transhipment. The Norfolk proceeds for Wellington to-night, leaving the wharf at 9 o'clock. The brigantine Mary King, Captain Bailey, arrived, yesterday from Kaipara, having left there on June 9th. During the heavy S.W. weather the vessel sheltered for two days in Guard's Bay. The Torea and Magellan Clond were loading at the mills when Captain Bailey left. The Mary King came in to a ber\h at No. 3 jetty. The ship Loch Fyne sailed yesterday morning for Cork or Falmouth, despatched by the New Zealand Shipping Company.
