SPECIAL CABLEGBAII TO SYDNEY “HEBALD.” LONDON. June 8. In the House of Commons, Mr Fawcett, Postmaster General, said he would be glad to see the introduction of the post card system between England and Australia, and hoped the latter country would join England, in order to obtain such a result.
