BRISBANE, May 20. Swanwick's Brother. At the Supreme Court on a verdict being given against Swanwick, a barrister and member of the Assembly, the verdict practically alleging him to be implicated in professional malpractices, Mr Griffith, the plaintiff's counsel, complained of the menacing attitude of Swanwick's brother towards the plaintiff. The Judge ordered the arrest of the brother, who was found carrying a revolver and a sheathknife. He was sentenced to imprisonment during the pleasure of the Court, and the Judge, in passing sentence, regretted that he was unable to make it imprisonment for twenty years.
