Lunacy Through Drink. Alexander teckie, for being drunk and disorderly on th* Bth May, when he was remanded, was again brought up. A conviction was entered in this case. Discharged with a caution. Wiirui and Corrupt Perjury. —Henry Dayies, who was ordered into custody by the Bench yesterday re the case Duncan y Henderson, was brought up. On the application of Inspector O’Donnell, the prisoner was remanded till Wednesday next. Accused asked for bail. The inspector asked that it might be substantial, as the case was a serious one. Bail allowed —yiz., two sureties in £IC3 each, and accused in £2OO.
