CHRISTCHURCH. Wednesday Mat 12. (Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M."| Using Obscene Language. Charles Johnston, who was charged with the above offence, was fined 20s. Dbunk and Dibobdbblt. —Three first offenders were fined 5s each ; a fourth was fined 5s and cabhire Is 6d. Ono inebriate, who appeared before the Court in a state of intoxication, was ordered to bo locked np till sober. Wandbbing Cattle.—Hugh Cassin, for allowing three head of cattle to wander at large on the South town belt, was fined 5s and coats 2e.
