[reutee's telegrams.] LONDON, April 20. The English Ministry. Nothing definite has transpired regarding tho personnel of tho Cabinet, which it is believed is in course of formation. No official statement has yet been made in confirmation of the report that Earl Beaconsfield and his colleagues had tendered their resignation, and that tho samo has been accepted by Her Majesty.
LONDON, April 19. The Markets. Consols, 98f; Adelaide wheat, 565; New Zealand wlieat, 465, c.f.i.; New Zealand wheat, 525, ox ship; Sydney copra, £lB 10s. April 20. Mr-Cross. The Right Hon. Richard Cross, late Secretary of State for the Home Department, has been decorated with the Grand Cross of the Bath. PARIS, April 20. The French Ministry. M. Freycinet, President of the Council of Ministers, has issued a circular indicating their foreign policy. The Ministy are undesirous of changing thoir policy ; hut will hasten the strict execution of the Treaty of Berlin, and the peaceful settlement of all difficulties.
