[REUTER’d TELEGRAMS.] LONDON, April IS. The New Ministry. It is unofficially understood that Earl Beaconsfield has tendered his resignation, which was accepted on Saturday. The “Standard” publishes a paragraph in confirmation of the same. The “ Times” publishes a paragraph discussing the new Ministry, and states that Mr John Bright will in all likelihood accept a portfolio in the now Ministry. CALCUTTA, April IS. The Afghan WarTrustworthy intelligence has been received that a force of Pathans had massacred a party of British at Quettah, including one officer, and had blocked the road between Quettah and Candahar. A detachment of troops has been ordered from Candahar to Quettah to operate against the Pathans.
