The election of North-east Lancashiro took place to-day, and resulted in the return of two Liberals, Lord Hartington and Mr Grafton, in place of two Conservatives, who represented tho constituency in the last Parliament. April 10. Consols. Consols havo advanced, and are now quoted at 9SJ. Shipping. Arrived—Ship Rangitiki, from Lyttelton. She left that port on January 3rd. ST. PETERSBURG, April 9. Prince Gortsohakoff.
