MONDAY, APKIL 12. [Before Joseph Beswick, E=q , E.M.] Dbtjnk on the Kailway.—Henry King was drunk on the platform at the railway station at 1 a.m. on Sunday, and was fined 20s or forty-eight hours' imprisonment. Damage. On Saturday night, after eleven o'clock, John Muir put his fist through the glass door of the Victoria Dining Booms, and threw a brick at the window. After forcing his way in, he threatened to knife anyone that interfered with him. Accused denied all remembrance of the occurrence. The chief officer of the Salamanca gave the man a good character, and the Bench sent him to gaol for 48 hours, 20s of damaga to be piid for by him. Labceny.—Henry White, for stealing a watch from the person of Thomaa Stoddart, was committed to the next session of the Supreme Court for t ial.
