CALCUTTA SWEEPS.
Sweeps were drawn on Saturday night at Mr Hawkea’ Room, on the Autumn Handicap, as follows : Sweep No. 1, value £3l 5s Foul Play, £8 10s; Betrayer, £6 10s ; Templeton, £3 10s ; Fishhook, £2 ; Camballo, £3 ; Luna, £1 10s ; Marie Antoinette, £2 ; Mata, £1 10s. Sweep No. 2, value £4O ss—Fishhook, £3 10a ; Oamballo, £1 10s; York, £1 10s; Templeton, £2 10s ; Mata, £1 10s ; Titania, £2 10s; Betrayer, £11; Foul Play, £lO 10s. Sweep No. 3, value £4l 10s —York, £2 ; Titania, £2 ; Fishhook, £2 10s ; Betrayer, £8 ; Camhallo, £1 10s; Templeton, £2; Foul Play, £ll. Sweeps will be drawn this evening on the principal events of the meeting at the same place. The following Calcutta sweep was drawn at Mr J. L. Fleming’s rooms on Saturday evening on the Great Autumn Handicap, value of sweep £24 ss.§The horses realised the following prices, viz.: —Templeton, 30s ; Fishhook, 40s ; Foul Ploy, 60s; Camballo, 40s: Betrayer, 40s. Sweeps will be drawn on the principal events at the same place to-night and to-morrow night.
