MELBOURNE, March 23. The steamship Albion arrived from New Zealand to-day. Shipping Sailed.—Rotomahana, for New Zealand. Contempt of CourtApplication has been made in JBanco against Mr David Syme, proprietor of the “Age,” for contempt of Court, in commenting on the action for libel which he has brought against the proprietor of the Melbourne “Punch” while the case is still sub judice.
