CHRISTCHURCH. Wednesday, Mabch 24, [Before G. L. Melliah, Esq., R.M.] Dbttnk and Disobdbbiy. —A man and a woman, charged with drunkenness, both old habitues of the Court, were fined 10s and 20s respectively. Laeceny. —James Finn was charged with stealing a pair of boots and boot tope, value dBl 4s 6d, the property of George Godden. The charge was admitted, and as there were four previous convictions against the_ accused he was sentenced to six months’imprisonment with hard labor.
