THE DRUIDS.

The usual fortnightly meeting of the Hope of St. Albans lodge was held at their lodge room, Library, Knightstown, last (rening. There was a fair attendance of members, Bro. Hirst, A D., presiding. The officers of the Pioneer lodge paid an official visit, and three members were proposed for initiation. A committee was formed to arrange for an entertainment, the proceeds of which to be appropriated to the purchase of regalia for the use of the lodge. Bro. Clark was appointed auditor in the place of Bro. Drake. Bros. Taylor, Sylvester, and Burt were appointed delegates to the Friendly Societies fete committee. A proposition to form a benevolent fund in connection with the lodge, was postponed until next summoned meeting. A vote of thanks was passed to the members of tho Pioneer lodge for their attendance, and some routine business having been transacted the lodge closed in due form.
