MAGISTRATES’ COURTS.
CHRISTCHURCH. Saturday, January 31. [Before G. L. Lae, E-q., and J. E. Parker, Esq-, J.P.’s] Disorderly Conduct. —Alfred George Porter was charged with committing a breach of the peace. He pleaded guilty under provocation, and was fined ss. Robert Coburn and William Perry were charged with fighting in the street. Both men pleaded guilty, and were fined 10* each.
