On the application of Mr Inspector Hickson, the accused was remanded until February 2nd. False Pebtkkceb. —Alexander Weiber was charged on a warrant from Wellington with obtaining the sum of £3 17a 61 by false pretences from Thomas Moyers. The prisoner was remanded to Wellington.
