MAGISTRATES' COURTS.
CHBISTOHTJBCH. Wednesday, Jand-ast 21. [Before Q-. L. Lee, Esq , J.P.; A Lean, Esq., J.P. and 8.J.5., Harman, Esq., J.P.] Dbunk and Disobdbbly.—Two charges of drunkenness were dismissed, and a third adjourned, as the person so charged was at present an inmate of the Hospital from injuries sustained while in state of intoxication. D&vnsa Without a License.—Mat. Ooodger was summoned for acting as the driver of a hackney carriage without being licensed by the City Council. Mr Cowliihaw appeared for the City Council, and Mr B. D. Thomas for the defendant. In the absence of the Besident Magistrate the hearing of the case was adjourned till February 9th.
