D&vnsa Without a License.—Mat. Ooodger was summoned for acting as the driver of a hackney carriage without being licensed by the City Council. Mr Cowliihaw appeared for the City Council, and Mr B. D. Thomas for the defendant. In the absence of the Besident Magistrate the hearing of the case was adjourned till February 9th.
