CRIMINAL SESSION. The criminal session of the Supreme Court will open on Monday next at 11 a.m. The following, up to the present, is the OALBNDAB. John Jones, forgery and uttering (two charges) Thomas Englehart, larceny from the Museum Albert Pillow, larceny from the Christchurch Museum ; also, assault with intent to rob. Richard Palmer and Minnie D. Bench, larceny from the person. David Grubb, larceny of post letters (three charges) James Wells, assault with intent to commit a rape. Edgar Osborne, arson John J. Loe, false pretences Joseph Clarke and Annie Osborne, robbery from the person with violence Francis Hopkins Talpy, embezzlement Thomas Evans, larceny of a cheque William Henry Ford, larceny from a dwelling David Tapper and Thomas Jones, breaking into and stealing from a factory Robert Paynter, receiving stolen goods Patrick Moss, stealing from the person Roderick M'Lenan, forgery John Foley, forgery and uttering Michael McAvey, Thos.
