[rettter's telegrams.] MELBOURNE, December 15. The elections will probably take place in February. Mr Berry will announce to-morrow in the Assembly the intentions of the Government. Fifteen hundred bags of New Zealand oats sold at 2s 2d in bond. The Dissolution. It is believed that Lord Normanby objects to a dissolution, taking the country by surprise. He thinks the new rolls ought to be used. It is probable the election will be in February. ADELAIDE, December 15. Arrived —Orient.
