Passengers—Mrs Hughes and family. The steam launch Lyttelton is to make excursion trips to Governor’s Bay on Anniversary Day. # The a.s. Hawea, from Port Chalmers, airivodthis morning, to sail North to-night at nine o'clock. The s s. Wanganui arrived from Southern Ports to-day, to sail for Groymoath. via advertised ports Wnkatipn, Captain Wheeler, arrived yesterday forenoon from Port Chalmers, and soiled for Wellington and Sydney at 3.30 p.m. From Port Chalmers had the wind from the S. W. The barque Elizabeth, Captain Lovett, arrived yesterday from Newcastle, after a passage of thirteen days. Light northerly and N.E. winds to the Straits were carried; cleared Straits last Wednesday, and since had S.E. and southerly light winds to port. , , , _ The s.s. Wanganui leaves hero to-day for advertised ports and Greymouth. The barque Sunbeam at Peacock's Wharf finished discharging yesterday, and hauled out.
