(By Telegraph.] [Via Auckland.J The Aconcagua brings the following items of nows : In the Tron-vaal Sir Garnet Wo'seley has groat trouble with the Boers. Tho laws of tho colony being insufficient to deal with tho trouble, an edict was issued prohibiting the sale of powder without a permit. A number of Boers applied for permits, and being refused broke into a store 'and taking what powder they wanted left tho money to pay for it on the counter. An order for their arrest being issued, tho friends of tho accused men refused to allow tho loader to be taken. Zululand is settling down. John Dunn, the chief of a most important district, refuses to allow missionaries in his territory except on certain terms, two of which are that they shall not trade in cattle or buy land.
