Charles Steinmetz was charged with obtaining money and goods by false pretences from John Steinmetz, The prisoner was remanded for twenty-four hours. LYTTELTON. Wednesday, November 19. [Before J. T. Bouse, Esq., J.P.j Laeceny op A dos. —John Gregory, presented on this charge, was remanded until Friday. 'Mr Joyce for the accused. Bail was allowed.
