ASHBURTON. [Before His Honor Judge Ward.] Monday, November 17. MDNEOE ESTATE. He taxation of costs incurred in Munroo’s estate, in re summons to Hugo Friedlander and Harry Friedlander to appear before trustee and give evidence. Mr Parnell objected to the jurisdiction of the clerk of Court to tax costs, and after argument his Honor dismissed objections, and arranged to tax costs himself. Mr O’Reilly for trustee. Mr O’Reilly applied for a rule nisi to set aside the bill of sale. Granted. EE MtTNEOE, A DEBTOR. Application for order of discharge. Mr Crisp appeared for the applicant. Adjourned pending decision of previous case. BE DADY, A DEBTOB. Argument of rule nisi obtained on behalf of trustee, for the purpose of obtaining possession of certain moneys now lying in the Bank of New Zealand, Mr O’Reilly moved the rule absolute, Mr Harris appeared to oppose. After argument the case was adjourned for production of further evidence. EE WAED, A DEBTOE. Application for order of discharge. Mr Harris for applicant. The application was made under sec. 184 of the Act, as the trustee had neglected to call a meeting of creditors as requested. His Honor ruled th-t the better course would be to summon the trustee to show cause why he had not called a meeting of creditors ns requested, and the application was adjourned. EE DUDSON, A DEBTOB.
