Dsotk and Diaobdeelt.— A first offender was fined ss, and another person, charged •with being drunk, was remanded until the 23 rd inet, for medical treatment. Siege® Fighting. —Peter Millott and •Peter Smith were charged with fighting in Cashel street. Millett haring struck the first blow, was fined 10s, and Smith, who had been locked up all night, was discharged. Indecent Exposuee. Harry Peaisone was charged with indecently exposing himself iu_ Lichfield street. The offence was admitted, and extenuating circumstances pleaded, A fine of 40s was inflicted. Threatening Language.—George.Bnwu, ’remanded from the 18th, was brought up charged with threatening the life of his wife. The charge was now, with the permission of the Bench, withdrawn, and the defendant discharged.
