Bouse and Macdonald, committed to Sunnyside Asylum. Dbtjnk.—Frederick Quain, for being drunk, was fined 20s, or forty-eight hours' imprisonment, being an old offender. Civil Businkss. —McDonald t. James Underbill, claim £2 ; judgment for plaintiff. G-arforth and Leo v. M. B. Ashwin, claLm £7 lis lOd ; judgment for plaintiff, with costs. Garforth and Lee v. Jamts Ayeit, o!aim £3l7s 6d ; judgment for plaintiff. Bams v. Moses Barton, claim £2 4s 5d ; defendant put in a plea ef insolvency ; case adjeurned until Friday. Talbot t. De Costa j adjourned to Friday.
