Forder was charged with stealing a chisel, value 2s, the property of John Hamilton. The prisoner pleaded guilty, and as there were four previous convictions against him for theft, was sentenced to six months' imprisonment with hard labor. Failing- to Pbovide. —A number of cases of failing to contribute towards tho support of children in the Industrial School, Burnham, were partly heard and allowed to stand over to a future date.
