WELLINGTON, July 30. The address was presented by the Governor, who returned thanks and congratulationsHe fully realised the necessity of his advisers possessing the confidence of the representatives of the people. He would not fail to give the address careful consideration. Sir George Grey said the Government would avoid delay. Ho asked the adjournment of the House until 7.30., when he hoped to be able to make an announcement as to the situation. The House adjourned to 7.30 p.m. accordingly.
