TWO VESSELS ASHORE.
WANGANUI, June 21. The steamer Patea went ashore at Wanganui South Spit last night. The captain expects to get her off in a day or two. The cutter Annie, with blasting powder and pipes for this port, also went ashore, and is expected to break up.
