CAIRO, June 15, A financial decree has been issued by the Khedive of Egypt, which it is believed he will cause to be immediately cancelled, by reason of the protest raised by Germany on behalf of the great powers. LONDON, June 16. THE ZULU WAR. An official dispatch has been received from Lord Chelmsford which states that the commissariat arrangements had been sufficiently organised to permit an advance being made into Zululand, and that it would commence on the first of June. THE WOOL SALES. LONDON, June 14. At the wool sales during the past week late prices have been fully maintained with a hardening tendency. LONDON, June 15. The total reserves in notes and bullion in the Bank of England is £19,625,000, [SPECIAL to “globe.”] LONDON, June 13. Copper of all kinds is quiet, at late quotations. Tallow is in good request, with no noticeable change in quotations. Tin is firm, with hardening prices. The wheat market is quiet, and prices are easy. At the wool sales foreign buyers are especially numerous, and competition is maintained with remarkable vigor. At to-day’s sales 7850 bales were disposed ef. The New South Wales four per cent, loan is quoted at 101|. The New ZoaMiMHHIHH
loan is at 94, and the Sontk Australian four per cents, at 975. The Victorian six per cents, stand at I®6, and tha Victorian four per cents, at 98$. June 16. The Khedive has submitted. Cholera has appeared among the force at the Khyber Pass.
