Malet, Esq., J.P.I Deunk and Disoedbely. —A female drunkard, just out of gaol, where she had spent the last twelve months, and with twentysix previous convictions against her, was dealt leniently with and sent about her business. Obscene and Theeatbning Language. —lsaac Bridges was charged with making use of obscene and threatening language to Constable Brookes. Mr Neck appeared for the accused. After hearing the evidence of the constable, the defendant, and two witnesses for the latter, the Bench decided that the charge was proved, and fined the defendant 20s George Eewett vas charged with a similar offence to Constable Harold and fined 20s.
