SALE OF RACEHORSES.
Messrs J. T. Ford and Go., to-day, offered a number of racehorses r or sale at their new Repository, Cashel street. The prices realised were s.s follows : £ s. d. Fishhook (Mr Robert Ray)... 650 0 0 Middleton 45 0 0 Te Whetu 80 0 0 The Moose 32 0 0 Luna 55 0 0 Ethelred 25 0 0 Sir Tatton 7 10 0 A number of hack horses, &0., were sold, at prices varying from £5 to £2O. Messrs Matson and Co. had a number of racehorses to offer, but the bidding was not encouraging, and they were passed in.
