For Auckland—Mr mid Mrs Novie. Messrs Haslett, Worthington, Offwood. For Napier—Mr Brown. For Sydney—Mrs Mnnro, Mr Eomily ; steerage, 27. The barf [tie Empreza, Captain Allen, was loading at Hobart Town for Lyttelton May 15th. The John Knox arrived at Sydney hence May 6th, and Akbar May Bth, The John Watson arrived at Adelaide hence May Bth. . The Swallow and Sara Droyfns hence arrived at Newcastle May Gth. The Ansdell left Newcastle for here May 7th. The s.s. Rotorua, Captain Carey, arrived yesterday from Melbourne, Hobart Town, and Sonth. Her report to the Bluff has appeared in onr fhipping telegrams. From Bluff fine weather prevailed. When coming alongside the wharf a slight accident occurred, resulting in some trifling damage to the iron railing on her forecastle. The Rotorua sailed for Sydney, via Wellington, East Coast ports and Auckland last night. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. Auckland, May 22. The Venus arrived from New Caledonia. She reports the Sydney brigantine Isaac Newton ■wrecked on a reef. Their pilot, in a fit of vexation, jumped overboard and drowned himself. Hokitika, May 23. Arrived—Zephyr, from Melbourne, She was twenty days on the passage. Timaru, May 22. The Margaret Galbraith cleared for London today with a cargo of wheat, flour, &c., valued at about £IO,OOO. ___
