[eetjter’s telegrams.] London, April 14. Turkey and Egypt. There is no news from Constantinople later than the 12th. The Sultan has decided nothing regaiding the deposition of the Khedive. The Island of Matacong. Amicable arrangements have been come to between France and England regarding the occupation of the Island of Matacong, on the West Coast of Africa by French troops. The latter will be withdrawn. Aden, April 15. Arrived—The Oriental steamer Garonne, homeward bound. London, April 15. The mails via San Francisco were delivered yesterday.
