NEW ZEALAND. [PEB PBKBB AGBNOY.] Wellington, April 15. The first annual meetting of the shareholders in the Golden Point (iold Mining Company has been held. The mining manager's report shows that a great deal preparatory work has been done in the way of shafts and tunnels, and the erection of machinery. Ho reports that large bodies of stone have been cut. In several places where the stone was tried, it yielded at the rate of five ounces to to the ton. No water to speak of has yet been eivountered.
