In the House of Commons, there was a lengthy discussion on the vote of want of confidence, moved by Sir Charles Dilke, relative to the Zulu war. Lord Stanley eaid the motion was inexpedient, and in making his statement defended Sir Bartle Frere. The House agreed to an adjournment of the debate until the 28th. / The Under-Secretary for India will ask leave to introduce a Bill to authorise a loan of ten millions to England for India on Wednesday. A Eusaian official note proposes that a *jorps of 15,000 men, made up of contingents from the Great Powers, Bhall occupy Eoumelia for a twelvemonth. The evacuating Eussians maintain order. [BTBCUX, TO THE PBESB AGENCY.] London, March 27. The Committee will unseat Sir B. O'Loghlen. Mr Arthur Mills will ask Sir M. Hicks - Beach to-morrow to lay on the table copies of the Victorian ax& other Australian tariffs.
