Wednesday, Febetjaey 5. [Before Dr. Rouse ar.d bis Worship the Mayor.] Stowaway. —Alexander Mitchell was, on the testimony of Captain J. Punch, of the brig Argos, Hoed £2, or, in default, fortyeight hours’ imprisonment with hard labour, in addition to the passage-money, £5, for stowing away on board that vessel on her voyage from Sydney to this port. Civil Cas's. —The civil business was postponed until Saturday at eleven o’clock.
