MAGISTRATES' COURTS.

CHRISTCHURCH. Friday, December 6th. [Before Or. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M.] Wilful Exposure.—James Neva! was charged with wilfully and obscenely exposing his person in a public place. Mr Inspector Hickson applied for a remand until Friday, tho 13th. Constable Lawlor proved the arrest of the prisoner on the preceding evening on the charge of indecent exposure, and said that he had been fully identified as tho person who had been complained against, and which led to his arrest. He was then remanded until Friday, the 13th inst.
