MAGISTRATES’ COURTS.
CHRISTCHURCH. Saturday, Septembee 28. [Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M.] Drunkenness.- Chas. Limner, for being drunk and using obscene language, was fined 20S, and a first offender was mulcted in the usual penalty of ss. Illegally on Premises. —Stanton Walton Daniel was charged with being on the premises of the Hon. Wm, Robinson, in Park Terrace, with intent to commit a burglary. On the application of the Inspector, the case was adjourned until Wednesday.
