She lauded (id and loaded 30 tons of cargo at the Steamers’ wharf. Two barques were signalled from the South this morning. They will doubtless prove to bo the Ceylon and Iris, from Newcastle. The Columbus cleared the Customs for London this morning. . SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. Wellington, August 31. FThe s.s. Wanaka sailed for Lyttelton and Port Chalmers at eleven. Passengers—Captain Fraser, and Messrs St. Clare, Rolleston, Paul, Vaunich, Johnson, Williams, Graham, and Mrs Williams.
